Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in exponential tech domains
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on quantum/AI convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio of deployed AI/quantum systems at enterprise scale

- Security clearance or background in defense/aerospace tech
