Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, research institutions, and industry partners

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or technologies with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
