- Author white papers on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous decision-making
- Partner with academic institutions for joint R&D initiatives
- Present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise innovations
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with blockchain-based governance systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech ecosystem designs
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
