Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with diverse technical backgrounds
