Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology vision roadmap with predictive market analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum labs, AI research institutes, and sustainability pioneers
- Translate complex technological trends into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing enterprise infrastructure
- Present future-tech strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor internal teams in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, architecture, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, climate tech)
- Strong background in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
