Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to departmental teams including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and databases ensuring compliance with government standards
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for departmental initiatives
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation with strict adherence to fiscal policies

Qualifications
