Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to departmental teams including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist with document processing, data entry, and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for department staff
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Adhere to state government protocols and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
