- Provide frontline customer service to veterans and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate databases and generate periodic reports
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with veteran services or federal programs preferred
