Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate departmental records
- Assist with citizen inquiries via phone and in-person
- Support data entry and document management systems
- Distribute departmental communications and notices
- Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling
- Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, scanning, copying)
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college experience required)
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
