Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official documents, records, and databases with strict confidentiality

- Support budget tracking and procurement processes
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations
- Provide frontline customer service to citizens and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
