Responsibilities
- Manage official records and documentation systems with 100% compliance accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Prepare and analyze administrative reports for public transparency initiatives
- Implement and maintain office workflow optimization procedures
- Serve as primary liaison for public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract administration
- Support policy development through research and data compilation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
