Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and confidential documentation with precision
- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate public meetings, events, and logistical arrangements
- Process financial transactions, reimbursements, and budget reports
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and legislative summaries
- Collaborate with state agencies to implement community initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Florida Sunshine Laws and public records regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative or government experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record management systems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Knowledge of Florida state government operations preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license may be required
