Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and office logistics for department leadership
- Analyze routine data and prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal administrative procedures
