Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and physical document systems ensuring compliance with federal records management standards
- Coordinate scheduling for leadership meetings and interdepartmental briefings
- Process travel authorizations and expense reports using federal accounting systems
- Support grant administration through budget tracking and compliance documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external inquiries regarding administrative procedures
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Train staff on new administrative protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement and travel regulations (FTR, FAR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
