Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation using federal compliance protocols
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process personnel actions, payroll adjustments, and benefits enrollment
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for executive review
- Implement and maintain agency-wide administrative policies and procedures
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Utilize federal databases (e.g., HRIS, GSA systems) for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years progressive administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal HR systems (e.g., HRMAX)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Expertise in federal regulations (FAR, FTR, DHS policies)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
