Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Correspondence: Draft, review, and route high-volume correspondence, memos, and reports with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Program Support: Assist with grant administration, budget tracking, and preparing briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). For GS-7, an Associate's degree or 2 years of general experience is required.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
