Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for senior leadership
- Process and maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder outreach initiatives
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and expense reporting
- Support onboarding processes for temporary staff and contractors

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or public sector

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with constituent relations and customer service protocols
