Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive documentation with strict adherence to federal compliance protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate fiscal records
- Support procurement procedures and vendor relationship management
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Implement records management systems per NARA guidelines

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in GSA-approved software (SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft 365)
- Expert knowledge of FAR and FTR regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
