Responsibilities
- Manage departmental documentation, records, and filing systems with precision
- Process and verify administrative forms, permits, and citizen requests
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications for department leadership
- Utilize city databases for data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
