Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and citizens with inquiries regarding city services and programs.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Process incoming applications, forms, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks, filing, and office coordination.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and welcoming for the public.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to government procedures.
