Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and the management of city records and filing systems.
- Support administrative staff in daily office operations and correspondence.
- Respond to constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional manner.
- Conduct research and compile reports for government policy initiatives.
- Participate in community outreach events and assist with public information distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with city safety regulations.
- Perform other general clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
