Responsibilities

- Prepare official reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and community outreach events
- Maintain compliance with Florida Sunshine Law and county record-keeping protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated environment

- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional inter-site travel)
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days of hire
