Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements weekly
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and inter-agency communications
- Prepare official reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with HR functions onboarding, training coordination, and compliance tracking
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring ADA and state record retention compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Public Administration/Office Management
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Colorado Driver's License or ability to use public transit statewide
- US citizenship and ability to pass standard background check
- Experience with state procurement systems (e.g., Procurement Card)
