Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence and public records in compliance with governmental protocols
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and executive scheduling
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for city council meetings
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in government or administrative role
