- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging systems
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend operational needs
- Prepare weekend shift reports and administrative summaries
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (federal requirement)
- Associate degree or 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Experience with federal record-keeping systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for Albuquerque community
