- Support administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop federal expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office suite)
