Responsibilities
- Process critical public records and citizen requests during weekend shifts
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and document management
- Provide frontline citizen support via phone and in-person services
- Prepare weekly operational reports and compliance documentation
- Manage scheduling for weekend staff coverage and resource allocation
- Implement state-mandated protocols for weekend emergency responses
- Maintain confidential records with 100% compliance accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma + 3 years administrative experience (or AA degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state databases
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for travel)
