Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and mitigation strategies for large language models

- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and academic journals
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to validate ethical algorithmic integrity
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
