- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience conducting AI ethics impact assessments for deployed systems
- Strong communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
