Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI policy summits and standards committees
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement processes
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published work on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience working with multinational corporations on AI policy development
