Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies across ML pipelines
- Develop stakeholder communication materials explaining AI ethical standards
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscape and update compliance protocols
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Author transparency reports for AI systems deployed in production
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing
