Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop compliance strategies for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy forums
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI products
- Monitor emerging AI risks and propose mitigation strategies for 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU Guidelines, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Strong technical writing and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of quantum computing's ethical implications preferred
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, Google) a plus
