Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems before deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Monitor regulatory landscape and advise on compliance strategies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with AI transparency tools and explainable AI techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
