- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Create transparency documentation for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational standards
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., CSEP, CAIEP)
