Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures focused on achieving the performance benchmarks set for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead Model Strategy: Oversee the lifecycle of Machine Learning models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Multimodal Learning) and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, low latency, and high throughput for real-time AI applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Architecture: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term, specifically regarding the evolution of AI towards 2026 and beyond.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems under pressure.
