Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise use and real-time inference.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for post-2026 computing paradigms.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of autonomous decision-making agents and multi-agent systems.
- Implement rigorous ethical guardrails and bias mitigation strategies in AI models.
- Collaborate with quantum research teams to integrate classical and hybrid quantum algorithms.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at scale.
