Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models ready for 2026 production environments.Lead the technical strategy for integrating autonomous agents into core business infrastructure.Oversee the design of high-availability data pipelines and training infrastructure.Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards (AI Act, etc.).Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software architecture.Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.Extensive experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex systems.Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in enterprise settings.
