Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for ML models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advocate for transparency in AI decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes in AI governance (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Document ethical guidelines for 2026 product releases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI
- Proficiency in ML fairness libraries (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical teams
- Published work or research in AI ethics or technology governance
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, EU Commission)
