Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or high-stakes AI systems
- Certification in Responsible AI or Ethical AI Governance
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
