Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI ethics journals/conferences
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias detection algorithms, and explainable AI techniques
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with large-scale LLM and autonomous system deployment ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
