Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments and ethical impact analyses for AI systems across product development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineers, product managers, and legal teams
- Create audit protocols for AI fairness, bias mitigation, and explainability standards
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in stakeholder communications and industry forums
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and update policies proactively
- Design training programs to embed ethical AI practices organization-wide
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for high-impact AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
