Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI models for climate modeling and healthcare diagnostics
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum-AI hybrid computing applications
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive open-source initiatives for democratizing advanced AI tools
- Mentor emerging AI talent through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven experience building production-scale generative AI systems
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Track record of securing $5M+ in future-tech research funding
- Public speaking experience at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on 3+ industry-disrupting AI projects
