Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in neural-symbolic AI and generative adversarial networks
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof AI ecosystems
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present at Davos and SXSW on paradigm-shifting tech forecasts
- Build patent portfolio of at least 15 AI/quantum fusion innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Expertise in transformer architectures and neuromorphic computing
- Board-level experience with tech unicorns or federal innovation councils
- Certified in quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq) and ethics auditing
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized AI products
