Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation AI applications for enterprise and consumer markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends, threats, and disruptive opportunities
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI development and deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI research labs and academic institutions
- Oversee the development of AI literacy programs across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product development, or research leadership
- Proven track record of executing successful AI transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in AI futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
