- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize AI model training efficiency
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms and disruptive technologies
- Present future-state roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying large-scale autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research on AI ethics, alignment, or explainable AI (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems implementation
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and UX for complex AI systems
