Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI infrastructures optimized for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems with zero latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
- Drive the ethical AI agenda, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (10+ years of relevant experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Transformer models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
