Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural-quantum algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on AI ethics and bias mitigation in next-generation models
- Develop patent-pending AI frameworks for real-time cognitive enhancement applications
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid architectures
- Author whitepapers and present findings at global AI summits (NeurIPS, ICML 2026)
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with 2+ years in quantum machine learning
- Published work in top-tier AI/quantum journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or equivalent quantum ML frameworks
- Strong background in federated learning and differential privacy
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
