Responsibilities
- Process and verify sensitive documentation and applications in accordance with federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records using digital filing systems and databases.
- Communicate effectively with applicants and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide status updates.
- Perform high-speed data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the administrative team in organizing daily operations and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with agency safety protocols and security policies at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background investigation, drug screening, and security clearance check.
