Responsibilities
- Process driver's license applications, renewals, and updates using provided digital systems
- Assist customers with vehicle registration services and title transfers

- Process payments and maintain transaction documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
