- Serve as official custodian of city seals and public records requests
- Provide legislative support to Common Council including agenda preparation and documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal government or public records management experience
- Wisconsin election administration certification preferred
- Expertise in records management systems (e.g., Laserfiche, OnBase)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS mapping tools
- Exceptional communication skills for public presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Wisconsin open records laws and municipal statutes
